*The City of Henderson operates their own animal shelter independently of The Animal Foundation. If you’ve lost your pet in the Henderson area, please visit their website and search their shelter, located at 300 East Galleria, Henderson, NV 89011.

Our online database is updated hourly with animals brought in by both
Animal Control and members of the community. It is also important to visit
The Animal Foundation’s Lost and Found rooms as often as possible – even
if you have searched online as a variety of circumstances may cause a delay
in the posting of your animal’s picture or profile.

Requirements for Claiming Your Lost Animal
You MUST bring a photo of your pet, veterinary records and proof of rabies vaccination. If your pet’s rabies vaccination is not current, we will administer the vaccination and you will be charged upon departure.

Owner Reclamation Fees
Each jurisdiction requires an impound fee be paid when claiming your animal at our shelter.
